Shipping Policy
We process orders within 1-3 business days.
- Greece — ACS Courier or BOX NOW, 1-3 business days (24-48h within Athens) Standard shipping €4 (ACS) / €3 (BOX NOW); cash on delivery via ACS +€3. Free shipping on orders over €90.
- European Union & Cyprus — €15, free on orders over €150. Delivery in 5-7 business days.
- UK, Switzerland, Norway & other non-EU Europe — €15, free on orders over €150. Delivery in 5-10 business days. Import duties and local VAT may be charged by customs on delivery, at the customer's expense.
- Australia & New Zealand — €15 (charged in AUD / NZD), free on orders over €150. Delivery in 7-10 business days. Orders under AUD / NZD 1,000 are generally not subject to import duties.
- Rest of the world — €45, free on orders over €300. Delivery in 7-14 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Customs clearance may add time to international deliveries.
