Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, you should mail it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you don't cooperate with a specific courier service you can contact us and we will arrange the shipping for you with lower delivery fees (only for orders within Greece).   Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We believe you should shop with confidence. That's why we offer a free exchange so you can find what fits perfectly.

🔄 FREE EXCHANGE — One Per Order

Wrong size or want a different style? We exchange free within Greece — one exchange per order.

✓ 14 days from delivery to start
✓ Free return shipping back to us
✓ Free re-shipment of the new product
✓ Exchange for different product of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference)

💰 REFUNDS

- 14 days from delivery
- Return shipping cost paid by customer
- Refund to original payment method within 5-7
  business days after we receive your return

🌍 RETURNS/EXCHANGES OUTSIDE GREECE

For orders outside Greece, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To be accepted, the product must be:

- In its original condition, without damage or
  signs of use
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- With hygiene seal intact (for swimwear)
- Clean, unworn, unwashed and free of perfume
  or other scents

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

🛒 SALE ITEMS

Sale items return normally. No different treatment from new collection.

📅 PROCESSING TIMELINE

Once we receive your return:
- Exchange: New product shipped within 2 business days
- Refund: Credited within 5-7 business days

📦 HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN

Shipping must be done via ACS Courier or BOX NOW, with charge to recipient (we cover the cost). 

Other shipping methods (ELTA, Speedex, etc.) are not covered.

If you need a second exchange for the same order, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Are there any shipping costs?

For orders under 90€ a minimum shipping cost of 3.00€ is charged.
All orders over 90€ will be delivered for free.

This applies to orders within Greece only. For international shipping costs, please visit our Shipping page.

Can I still change my order?

If you want to change your order, please send us an email to info@zebrasandlibras.com. We will see what is still possible.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 24 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 24h? Please send us an email to info@zebrasandlibras.com and we will contact the shipping company.
