Sizes & fit

How do I choose my size?

Measure your bust, underbust, waist and hips and compare them with our Size Guide. Each product page also has a Size Guide link with the measurements for that style.

Can I choose a different size for top and bottom?

Yes. Our bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately, so you can pick the size that fits you best for each. Many of our customers do exactly that.

I'm not sure about my size. Can you help?

Of course. Email your measurements to info@zebrasandlibras.com and we'll personally recommend your size.

Fabric & care

What are your swimsuits made of?

Every piece is designed and made in Athens in small batches, using premium swimwear fabrics with UPF 50+ sun protection. You'll find the exact composition on each product page.

How do I care for my swimsuit?
  • Rinse in cold fresh water after every swim
  • Hand wash with a mild soap
  • Don't wring it; press it gently in a towel
  • Dry flat in the shade
  • Avoid rough surfaces and direct contact with sunscreen and oils

Orders & shipping

Are there any shipping costs?

Greece: from €3 (BOX NOW) or €4 (ACS) — free on orders over €90.
Europe, Australia & New Zealand: €15 — free on orders over €150.
Rest of the world: €45 — free on orders over €300.

How long will delivery take?

We process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times from dispatch:

  • Athens: 24-48 hours
  • Rest of Greece: 1-3 business days
  • European Union & Cyprus: 5-7 business days
  • UK, Switzerland, Norway & other non-EU Europe: 5-10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7-10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 business days
Do you ship internationally? Will I pay customs duties?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Within the European Union there are no customs duties. For orders outside the EU (for example the UK or Switzerland), import duties and local VAT may be charged by customs on delivery. For Australia and New Zealand, orders under AUD / NZD 1,000 are generally not subject to import duties.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. Still can't see it after 24 hours? Email us at info@zebrasandlibras.com and we'll check with the courier.

Can I still change my order?

Email us at info@zebrasandlibras.com as soon as possible and we'll see what we can still change before your order ships.

Payments & returns

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna (available in selected European countries). For orders within Greece, you can also pay by cash on delivery (ACS) or bank deposit.

How do I return or exchange my order?

Start by completing our Returns & Exchanges Form, then send your parcel to: Zebras & Libras Swimwear, Kazantzaki 64, Gerakas, Athens 15344, Greece.

Orders within Greece: one free exchange per order, or a refund (return shipping at your cost). Send via ACS or BOX NOW with charge to recipient.

Orders outside Greece: refunds only — for a different size, return your item and place a new order. Send with any tracked service, at your own cost.

Refunds are credited within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. All details in our Returns & Exchanges policy.
