Returns & Exchanges Policy
We believe you should shop with confidence. Below you'll find what applies to your order, depending on where it was shipped.
🇬🇷 ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN GREECE
🔄 FREE EXCHANGE — One Per Order
Wrong size or want a different style? We exchange free — one exchange per order.
- 14 days from delivery to start
- Free return shipping back to us
- Free re-shipment of the new product
- Exchange for a different product of equal or higher value (customer pays the difference)
💰 REFUNDS
- 14 days from delivery
- Return shipping cost paid by the customer
- Refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
📦 HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
- Send your parcel via ACS Courier or BOX NOW, with charge to recipient
- For exchanges we cover the cost; for refunds the shipping cost is deducted from your refund
- Other shipping methods (ELTA, Speedex, etc.) are not covered
- For a second exchange on the same order, shipping costs are paid by the customer
🌍 ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE GREECE
💰 REFUNDS ONLY
Exchanges are not available for international orders. If you'd like a different size or product, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

- Refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
📦 HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN
- Send your parcel with any tracked postal or courier service, at your own cost
- Returning from outside the EU (e.g. Australia, UK, Switzerland)? Mark the customs declaration as "Returned goods" and include a copy of your receipt, so the parcel is not charged import duties
FOR ALL ORDERS
✅ RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be accepted, the product must be:
- In its original condition, without damage or signs of use
- In its original packaging
- With all original tags attached
- With hygiene seal intact (for swimwear)
- Clean, unworn, unwashed and free of perfume or other scents
Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense.
🛒 SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned normally, just like items from the new collection.
📅 PROCESSING TIMELINE
Once we receive your return:
- Exchange (Greece): new product shipped within 2 business days
- Refund: credited within 5-7 business days
