Refund Policy

You can return the purchased items within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. Shipping charges or credit card feed on returns are not refundable.

All items may be returned for exchange with another size or product or store credit for items that are out of stock.

Products on discount can also be returned for exchange but not for refund.

Only items in new collection can be refunded.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

• The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal 
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way 
• The item/s must be accompanied by the original receipt

All you have to do is let us know you're returning something, just send us an email at info@zebrasandlibras.com and we'll guide you through on returning the item.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Zebras & Libras Swimwear KAZANTZAKI 64, GERAKAS, ATHENS, GREECE, P.C. 15344, TEL: +30 2130340131.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In case you don't cooperate with a specific courier service you can contact us and we will arrange the shipping for you with lower delivery fees (only for orders within Greece).   

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
