HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
All orders made online come with a free PALM carry-pouch and are neatly wrapped in PALM packaging.
Orders within Greece are delivered in ELTA. Your tracking number will be submitted to you when you receive your 'Shipping Confirmation' via email. You can track your order through ELTA.
If you are ordering from overseas, all packages are sent in Auspost Registered International Post Satchels.
Your tracking number will be submitted to you when you receive your 'Shipping Confirmation' via email, however, you will not be able to track your order until it has reached the country of deliver.
It may then be tracked using the countries National Postal Service. For example; USPS (US), Royal Mail (UK), NZPost (NZ).
*Local charges (sales tax and customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs charges. Please check your home country's customs regulations as these charges are at the customers expense.
NOTE: Postal services do not include signature on delivery.
If you wish to upgrade your postal service at extra cost including 'Extra Cover' and/or 'Signature on Delivery', please email us first on email@example.com. We will be happy to arrange this for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GOES MISSING?
All items purchased on this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Once your items are delivered to the carrier (Auspost), the responsibility for those items, purchased from this website, passes to you, the customer.
In the unlikely case that your package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for lodging a claim with the carrier.
*Please check that the correct address has been submitted with your initial order, including the building name and unit number
if applicable. If you accidentally input the incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so that it can be amended before the time it is dispatched.
Once your order has been sent, PALM will not be held accountable for any orders placed with incorrect addresses.
